Is this the one that’s suppose to open in Center Point?

They just need the sheriff’s to actually do their job in Center Point. I called 911 Monday morning at 3am when I was woke up to the sound of someone beating down a door at the apartments across from Papa Johns followed within five minutes by 3 gunshots. Dispatch asked if I wanted the sheriff to come talk to me, I said no they need to go investigate at the apartments. I looked out for 30 minutes and never saw a patrol car show up.
