Food service scores can be viewed at www.jcdh.org. The Jefferson County Department of health enforces regulations set by Alabama Department of Public Health, “Rules of Alabama State Board of Health Bureau of Environmental Services, Chapter 420-3-22, for Food Establishment Sanitation,” as well as the “State of Alabama Food Processing Rules for Food Manufacturers”.
