A Colorado author will sign his new book at Palmerdale United Methodist Church on Saturday.
Richard Haines, author of “Spiritual Wingman,” will sign copies of the book from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Haines, of Pagosa Springs, Colo., was a United States Air Force fighter pilot. “Spiritual Wingman: A Fighter Pilot’s Journey to God” is a story of a fighter pilot’s adventurous path through worldly obstacles to the place where he comes face to face with divine purpose.
In the book, Haines discusses life-threatening jet emergencies and family-threatening temptations, learning along the way that God has a desire for everyone’s life, and that He is definitely involved.
Palmerdale United Methodist Church is located at 7776 Highway 75 in Pinson.
