TRUSSVILLE — Hewitt-Trussville’s first test in December’s Steel City Invitational is going to be tough.
The Huskies will play three-time defending Class 5A state champion Wenonahon Dec. 19 at the Pete Hanna Center at Samford University.
Tipoff is at 7 p.m. Homewood plays Leeds at 2:10 p.m. Dec. 19.

Wenonah is led by point guard Justin Coleman, who will play collegiately at Alabama. Cedric McGinnis is also attracting major college interest.
Hewitt-Trussville is led by senior combo guard Jarvis Calhoun, a UAB signee.
