TRUSSVILLE — Trussville City Fest has been scheduled for Saturday, May 3.
The event will begin at 11 a.m. and run until 9 p.m. In recent years, the event has been scheduled for two days.
“We just think it might work better to have as much fun as we can all in one day,” said Trussville Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Diane Poole. “I’m excited about the possibilities and can’t wait to see how it turns out.”
Volunteers are needed to assist with planning for the children’s area, food vendors, programming and booth vendor recruitment for the 34-year-old festival.
More information about the event, which typically features a children’s play area, a classic car show and musical entertainment, will be released as the date nears.
