A man who was shot at the 5000 block of 1st Ave N was taken to UAB’s emergency room, according to a report from ABC3340.
Birmingham Police officials said the victim was first take to Cooper Green Mercy Hospital before he was transported to UAB Hospital.
For now, little has been revealed about how the man was shot or if there are any suspects. Birmingham Police are investigating.
