Star Citizen is a program created to recognize people in Jefferson County who give back to their individual communities. These people have not sought recognition for themselves. Instead it is others who have seen their work and the difference the have made. The nomination form is at JeffcoStarCitizen.org. Anyone who is a resident, works, or has a business in Jefferson County is eligible.
