From The Trussville Tribune staff reports
TRUSSVILLE — The Trussville Rotary Daybreak Club inducted two new members at its weekly meeting on June 13.
New members Jamie Overton and Lynn Taul were inducted at the meeting. Their membership in the club bring the total membership to 62.
Also at the same meeting, long-time Rotarian Van Horn was recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow +3.
The Paul Harris Fellow recognition acknowledges individuals who contribute, or who have contributions made in their name, increments of $1,000 to The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International. It was established in 1957 to show appreciation for and encourage substantial contributions to what was then the Foundation’s only program.
The Club meets at the Trussville Civic Center at 7 a.m. onWednesday mornings. For more information on the Trussville Rotary Daybreak Club, or to help with one of our projects, please email Diane Poole at diane.poole@trussvillechamber.com.
