HOLLYWOOD — Henry Cavill is hanging up his cape and tights, according to reports from WBRC 6 and The Hollywood Reporter.
Cavill has portrayed the Superman character in three films since 2013, but negotiations over a Superman cameo in the yet to be released “Shazam” came to a halt and Cavill is reportedly walking away from Warner Brothers.
This news comes shortly after reports that Ben Affleck might not be returning as the Batman character.
For now, it appears that all of the other actors playing DC characters in the Warner Brothers movies will remain the same.
