We hope that you will use this opportunity to promote your business and just have some fun with the citizens of Trussville!

We would like to encourage you, your organization, your agency, or your business to consider having a float in this year’s parade. Click here for additional information and here for a parade application. It is $20 to participate if you return the application by Monday, December 2.  After that, the fee will be $25.  Please register early to secure your spot in the parade. The deadline to register is Monday, December 9 at 4 p.m.

In addition to the parade, everyone is invited to our Christmas tree lighting on West Mall on Sunday night, December 8, from 5 to 6 p.m. We’ll have Christmas carols, booths, and other Christmas activities, and Santa will also be on-hand to help with the festivities and greet the kids. The tree lighting will be at 5:30 p.m.
Also, we’re so pleased that our parade has grown! Recently we’ve had 80 to 100 entries in the parade, and to help the parade to move along, there will be no walking entries except for the HTHS band/Auxiliary and the Boy Scouts carrying the flags. All entries should be floats or other vehicles. If you have questions, please contact the Chamber office at 205-655-7535.
