Good afternoon CCHS Parents & Students,
Beginning on Wednesday, August 26th we will be distributing Remote Learning Information Packets, which include student schedules, student email, passwords, and Schoology login information. Devices will also be available for pick up for those students who completed the county survey form by Thursday, August 20. You must also be registered for school to pick up a device.
If you completed the county survey and requested a device, you will need to park in the student parking lot and enter the school by the lunchroom. A mask will be required for entry into the building and we ask that only one family member per household come inside. Please bring a picture ID with you as we will need to make a copy of it in order for your child to receive a device. If you did not complete the survey, you will drive through the car line between the auditorium and the annex to pick up a Remote Learning Information Packet. You will then have the opportunity to complete a form to request a device.
Students will pick up Remote Learning Information Packets based on their grade levels. Pick up times are from 7:30 – 10:30 and from 12:30 – 3:30.
Freshmen will pick up Wednesday.
Sophomores will pick up on Thursday.
Juniors will pick up on Friday.
Seniors and new students on Monday.
Please note that ALL students will need the Remote Learning Information Packet even those that do not need a device.
