FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) is investigating a fatal crash that happened on Interstate 59, near Fort Payne, Alabama.
Investigators said Rodney Lee Grizzard, 42, of Eastaboga, was killed on Nov. 4 when his Chevy truck collided with a Freightliner Tractor Trailer. Grizzard was pronounced dead on the scene.
The crash happened around 8:50 p.m., at the 238-mile marker, about 13 miles north of Fort Payne.
Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division are investigating.
