CALHOUN COUNTY — Alabama State Troopers report that a single-vehicle crash shortly before 1 p.m. Monday, March 28, could affect traffic along the westbound lanes of Interstate 20.
“At approximately 12:55 p.m. Monday, March 28, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division was notified of a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 20 westbound near the 190 mile marker,” Senior Trooper Justin O’Neal stated in a press release. “The right shoulder will be shut down for an undetermined amount of time. Motorists are encouraged to use caution while traveling through this area. ALEA will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates accordingly.”
There is currently no information on potential injuries or fatalities.
