TRUSSVILLE – Con Heuvos traditional Mexican restaurant to open in downtown Trussville at the end of May or early June.

Owner Daniela Trucios was on hand with her staff and a mariachi band in the afternoon drizzle on Cinco de Mayo to announce her new restaurant would be coming soon to 201 Main Street, the former location of The Straw Hat, in downtown Trussville.
“We’re out here and very excited and you can see construction is almost done,” Trucios said. “We should be open by the end of May or early June and we’re ready.”
More information about Con Heuvos will be available closer to its grand opening.
