BIRMINGHAM — Birmingham man shot and killed after suspect fired shots inside the vehicle he was sitting in on Monday, August 7.
Birmingham police officers were dispatched to shots fired in the 5000 block of 41 Street North at around 8:07 a.m. Officers discovered a vehicle that had been shot into and Darcy Joseph, 33, of Birmingham, unresponsive inside.
Birmingham Fire and Rescue arrived on scene and pronounced Joseph dead at 8:41 p.m.
There is no one in custody.
