TRUSSVILLE — Sister Shirts is opening the doors on its new location at the Trussville Entertainment District tomorrow, Friday, Sept. 28.
Sister Shirts serves up the fashion with its selection of custom clothes and accessories that has largely been available online or at their former location on Watterson Parkway. Now they’re making the big move to the hottest place in town.
Amanda Glidewell, owner of Sister Shirts, said it was love at first sight when they spotted the new spaces at the Trussville Entertainment District.
“Seeing this development, and knowing we wanted to be somewhere with significant foot traffic and space, we knew we wanted to be there,” she said. “We are excited to offer a fun space for people. We plan to have events and plan collaborations with other small businesses.”
After announcing the move in July, the big move is almost finished and Glidwell said they are ready for their soft opening.
“We will soft open tomorrow, we will have a grand opening in late October,” she said. An official date has not yet been decided for the grand opening but after tomorrow their doors will be open during their regular business hours.
Sister Shirts is open Monday-Thursday from 11 a.m.- 6 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m.- 8 p.m.
