BIRMINGHAM — A 25-year-old Birmingham man was shot and killed at a Bimringham apartment complex on Saturday, Oct. 14.
Officers arrived on the scene and observed the victim, Quinterrious Patton, 25, of Birmingham, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Birmingham Fire and Rescue personnel arrived on the scene and transported the victim to UAB Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
On Sunday, Nov. 12, the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office notified the BPD that Patton passed away at 12:31 p.m.
Details are limited in this investigation. There is no one in custody.
