TUSCALOOSA — Tuscaloosa police said Yonis Tomas Morales has been charged with one count of first-degree sexual abuse after an incident in the restroom at Target. Morales has been booked into the Tuscaloosa jail where he is being held without bond.
Morales is accused in an incident at the store on Dec. 12.
According to police, a female was in a restroom stall when a man reached under the partition and grabbed her in a sexual manner. Following an investigation by the Violent Crimes Unit, Morales was arrested on Dec. 15.
Police said Morales uses multiple names and may have been involved in a similar a month earlier at the store. They are asking any other possible victims or anyone who may have knowledge of similar incidents to contact the Tuscaloosa Police Department Violent Crimes Unit at 205-464-8690.
