JEFFERSON COUNTY — Jefferson County School students will have an e-Learning day of Friday due to concerns related to possible inclement weather.
“Due to the possibility of severe weather, Jefferson County Schools will have an E-Learning Day on Friday January 12, 2024,” The statement from Jefcoed said. “Student assignments will be provided by the local schools.”
There will also be no after school activities on Friday January 12th.
All Jefcoed faculty and staff, including Central Office and Ketona, will not report to work Friday.
“We are also monitoring the threat for winter weather early next week,” school officials said. “Updates will be communicated as needed.”
