MOODY — The city of Moody will soon have a new fast food option. Sonic Drive-In will open its first location in the city on Monday, Nov. 23. 2020.
The new location is at 2700 Kelly Creek Road, Moody.
“The team looks forward to serving Sonic’s iconic menu items to the Moody community, including truck drivers passing through and neighboring warehouse crews via the drive-thru and dine-in space,” said Nancy Lien, with Sonic.
Owned by High Tide Oil Company, which also serves the community with two Valero gas stations and a Valero truck stop, offers a variety of dining options and is available to rent for any celebrations, abiding by local health ordinances.
“We’re excited to extend Sonic’s award-winning menu and unbeatable friendly service to Moody residents and interstate travelers alike,” said High Tide Oil Company multi-facility manager, Jordan Jolly. “Whether it be a quick and hot breakfast in the morning as truck drivers hit the road or a hearty lunch for neighboring warehouse crews, we look forward to becoming a delicious moment in our community members’ days.”
Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
