TRUSSVILLE —With school systems in Alabama dealing with the rise of the COVID-19 Delta variant, close contacts among infected students and hundreds of instances of quarantining students as a result, two Trussville pediatricians are offering parents advice on how to handle back-to-school COVID issues.
Dr. Gigi Youngblood and Dr. Peily Soong of Pediatrics East in Trussville explain how the new variant is different and what parents need to know as they send their kids back to school. The podcast, Inside Pediatrics, is produced by Children’s Hospital of Alabama.
