MONTGOMERY – The Alabama State Department of Education announced that next week, February 20 – 24, 2023, high school students will have the opportunity to participate in the Spring 2023 College Application Campaign.
According to a statement, this is an extension of the event that was held in October 2022.

The Alabama College Application Campaign was started 10 years ago to increase the number of students in the state applying to, and ultimately enrolling in, postsecondary education.
The Cash for College FAFSA initiative and Alabama College Application Campaign were combined into a single campaign (Alabama Goes to College) to help more K-12 students apply to college early and complete their FAFSA applications.
A key goal is to increase the number of young people, especially first-generation and low-income students, pursuing college degrees.
