BIRMINGHAM – Beckum Kittle law firm is investigating a consumer matter involving Windstream Communications.
Beckum Kittle was informed by current and former customers of Windstream that the company has failed to deliver service for which individuals have paid. Initial actions have been filed by the legal team, and the firm is accepting new claimants who are current or former Windstream customers who have not received the standard of service for which they have paid.
THIS LINK will allow consumers to complete information and e-sign the Retainer Agreement. Once agreements have been signed, clients will receive a return copy within 24 hours via email.

Tell me about it after having nothing but problems for the last 6 years I closed out my account. We thought we could do this with our homes but I had to sign back I with windstream last Tuesday. lol and behold we lasted three days with internet then it went out and they said we need to have a tech come out and fix it. They said it would be this coming Friday. We only lasted 3 days they suck plus we only get 4 mps out here. We tried to get charter but they told me it would cost us 6,000 to run a cable up my driveway which only 75 feet so we are stuck. Sorry for the long story
