LEEDS – A shooting in the parking lot at the Grand River outlet mall in Leeds has left an employee with injuries that police say are not life threatening, according to Chief Ron Reaves at the Leeds Police Department.
The shooting occurred at around 6:30 p.m. last night in a parked car. Police say that the shooting appears to have been accidental. The victim sustained a wound to the face and was transported to UAB Hospital.
The case continues to be investigated by police.
