Bond revoked in reckless driving case of ‘Talladega Nights’ former child actor

By Gary Lloyd

TRUSSVILLE — Former “Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby” child actor Luke Bigham had his bond revoked in his June reckless driving case in Trussville Municipal Court on Friday.

A petition to revoke Bigham’s bond was granted by Judge Carl Chamblee. The revocation comes on the heels of Bigham’s arrest Tuesday night for third-degree domestic violence, when he allegedly pushed his mother down some stairs.

Bigham was appointed an attorney — Jeffrey Bramer — on Friday.

Bigham is scheduled to appear in Trussville Municipal Court on Wednesday for the reckless driving charge, though it may now be rescheduled.
