TRUSSVILLE – In an effort to find missing Trussville resident, Pei Yen Sung, the Trussville community along with surrounding communities will come together to conduct a search.
Those interested in taking part in the search are being asked to meet at the Trussville Civic Center parking lot tonight at 5:30, according to The Palace employee Terry Wang.
Wang and Sung work together at the Trussville Chinese restaurant, which is located at 5899 Trussville Crossing Parkway, Suite 105.
Volunteers are encouraged to bring water and wear comfortable clothes, suitable for walking. Cellphones might also be needed.
Although it still has to be cleared by authorities, the Trussville Fire Department is hoping to participate in tonight’s search.
The civic center is located at 5381 Trussville-Clay Road. It sits at the corner of Trussville-Clay Road and Service Road.
Sung, a 61-year-old female of Asian descent, went missing from the Longmeadow subdivision in Trussville on Friday. Read more about her disappearance here.
