TUSCALOOSA – A player for the Alabama Crimson Tide has been arrested for possession of marijuana, according to a report by AL.com.
Major Tennison, who plays for the Crimson Tide as a tight end, was arrested and booked in the Tuscaloosa County Jail for second-degree possession of marijuana. He is a sophomore at Alabama.
According to rolltide.com, Tennison made his first appearance at a game against Vanderbilt where he caught a pass and gained nine yards. At a game with Mercer he caught his second pass and gained 21 yards, resulting in a first down for the Crimson Tide.
He was held at a $300 bond at the jail.
