PELL CITY – According to the St Clair County Sheriff’s office, a narcotic’s investigation led to a traffic stop and arrest of Bobby J. Poe. The arrest on Wednesday, Feb. 21 occurred at the Dam Store in Pell City.
Poe, 44 year-old of Okalona Circle in Pell City, is being charged with three counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, possession of a pistol by a violent felon and possession of brass knuckles.
Poe is currently in the St Clair County Jail in Pell City with a $106,000.00 bond.
