BIRMINGHAM – Birmingham police are investigating a shooting in the Eastlake community that occurred the evening of Sunday, October 14.
According to WBRC6, a man was shot three times and has suffered life-threatening injuries.
Around 4:50 p.m. the victim driving the car was hit by flying bullets. Police say that the car soon jumped the curb stopping on 68th Street South and 2nd Avenue North.
No one is in custody at his time, but the police recovered weapons at the scene.
