ARAB –Police in Arab need help finding a teenager who has been missing since Wednesday. According to an alert issued by the police, she may be in the Birmingham area.
“Lilly Chapman, 15, was last seen Wednesday morning,” police said via social media. “Lilly may be in the Birmingham area. If you have any information that would help in locating this juvenile, please contact Arab Police Department at 256-586-8124.”
