BIRMINGHAM — The Birmingham Police Department needs assistance from the public on locating a missing person identified as Barney O’Neal MaHaffey Jr., 47, of Birmingham.
MaHaffey was last seen on Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019, at 11 a.m. MaHaffey has been diagnosed with Schizophrenic Delusions and Bipolar Disorder. Officers have searched the area, but have been unsuccessful.
