BIRMINGHAM — A Cullman man is dead after he fell four stories off of an apartment building in Birmingham on Tuesday.
The victim has been identified as 23-year-old Taylor Curtis Gray. He leaves behind a young daughter and a girlfriend.
“A great man has past on but will never be forgotten for he is greatly loved by so many especially his family,” read the description on the GoFundMe page that was set up to help Gray’s family. “He has left behind a wonderful daughter an her mother. It’s hard to believe a great man like that was chosen to go to heaven so soon but I know he will be there to watch over his family an keep them safe so I would like to raise money for them it being so close to holidays I couldn’t bare not giving something to this loving family of his so please help me raise money for his family as they go through this rough time.”
Reports indicate that Gray was doing plumbing work at the East Lake House at 7901 First Avenue South. He was on the roof when he fell four stories onto a concrete awning attached to the second floor. He was pronounced dead at 10:11 a.m. on Tuesday.
