From The Tribune staff reports
The Southeastern Conference announced last week that it will play a 10-game, conference-only football schedule in 2020, due to the coronavirus pandemic. The league took another step on Friday, Aug. 7, as it revealed the two cross-divisional opponents each of its 14 teams must add to their previously scheduled eight-game conference slates.
A full week-by-week SEC schedule is expected to drop sometime next week, with games beginning on Sept. 26 and concluding on Dec. 19 with the SEC Championship Game in Atlanta.
