MOBILE — The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 57-year-old man who was last seen on April 26, 2021.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) has identified the missing person as Richard Dana Horn.

Police say Horn may be living with a condition that may impair his judgement. He was last seen nearly a month ago in the area of Schillingers Road and Old Government Street in Mobile.
Horn is listed at 6-foot-6, 180 pounds with red hair and hazel eyes.
