WASHINGTON — USDA Rural Development and the Office of Early Childhood Development in the Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Children and Families will host a webinar Tuesday, September 21, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. EST to release a joint Facilities Resource Guide to strengthen and expand child care facilities in rural communities.
The guide includes best practices, innovative approaches, success stories, and a list of federal resources available to rural communities looking to expand the local availability of child care facilities.
During the webinar, participants will hear about the vast array of resources included in the guide. They also will have an opportunity to hear from providers in the field who have utilized resources highlighted in the guide.
