MOBILE — Stephen Manley went 3-for-4 with 2 RBIs from the plate and Shades Valley racked up 12 hits, but the Mounties fell to Satsuma here 9-5 on Monday, March 28.
Despite their offensive production, the Mounties couldn’t overcome six errors in the field. While Satsuma racked up seven errors of their own, they were able to take advantage of six hits to score nine runs.
In addition to Manley’s work at the plate, Xavion Webb went 2-for-4, while Kai Finch went 2-for-3 with an RBI and also reached base on a walk. Jacob Mahand went 2-for-5 and scored a run.
Shades Valley next plays Davidson today at 4 p.m.
