TRUSSVILLE — Paine Elementary School teacher, Penny Moore, has been selected as an Alexander Shunnarah Teacher of the Month because of her proven commitment and dedication to her students’ future.
The Birmingham-based personal injury law firm, known for the eye-catching billboards across the state, launched a nationwide campaign spotlighting K-12 teachers throughout the United States for their work and commitment to impacting their students’ lives.
The highly successful initiative received over 1,200 nominations and honored 16 teachers in Alabama last year. This year, the 3rd Annual ‘Alexander Shunnarah Teacher of the Month’ initiative will celebrate teachers from across the country, accepting nominations from every state and region. As a token of gratitude for their work, teachers received a $500 VISA gift card and their headshot on an Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys digital billboard for a day.
“Last year marked twenty years of Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys, and while our values have remained consistent, our scale and scope have expanded to best serve the incredible people we represent,” President and CEO of Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys, Alexander Shunnarah, states. “As the firm expands nationally, it’s time our community impact does, too. I am thrilled for the third year of this campaign and the opportunity to highlight the committed teachers across the country that are shaping our children’s future.”
