CENTER POINT – The Center Point Area Chamber of Commerce (CPACC) is collecting non-perishable food donations for elementary summer school program.
CPACC plans to send home a food bag each week for 50 area kids for a total number of 8 weeks.
There are two locations where food donations can be dropped off. Food items can be brought to the CPACC building located at 2204 Center Point Pkwy, or at the Center Point Community Center located at 533 Sunhill Road. Those leaving donations will just need to say they are leaving their donation for the CPACC.

Below is a list of items CPACC is looking for:
- Chef Boyardee (individual cups)
- Raisins (individual boxes)
- Small bottled water
- Juice boxes
- Oatmeal (individual packets)
- Pudding (individual cups)
- Jello (individual cups)
- Chips (small bags)
- Applesauce (individual cups)
CPACC is also taking suggestions for food items of similar type and size.
