TRUSSVILLE — Con Huevos opened its doors to Trussville on Tuesday, Oct. 24.
The wait has been on since Con Huevos made the announcement in May that they were binging traditional Mexican cuisine to downtown Trussville. Now they are finally ready to welcome customers inside.
Their menu is packed with options ranging from eggs benedict, quesadillas, a variety of brunch options, and more. For those looking to get a drink while they’re enjoying their food, Con Huevos offers a variety of cocktails like the Bloody Maria, their version of a Bloody Mary made with mezcal.
One of the highlights of their menu is the various brunch boards that come with enough food for several people. The Con Huevos Special Board comes with sunny-side-up eggs, scrambled eggs with ham, bacon, rice, beans, quesadillas, guacamole, pico de gallo, bread and salsas. According to their menu, it is enough food for five portions.
Con Huevos is open Tuesday-Sunday from 7:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.
