RUSSELL COUNTY — According to Carol Robinson, a 19-year-old Phenix City man was killed in an ATV crash on Thursday, Nov. 9.
Dalton C. Ocborne, 19, was traveling on Stillwell Road about 14 miles south of Phenix City at 1:30 p.m. when the wreck occurred. The Can Am Maverick he was driving left the road, struck a ditch, and overturned.
Osborne was pronounced dead on the scene.
