JEFFERSON COUNTY–A two-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 2:07 p.m. today has caused road blockage in Jefferson County, according to ALEA Senior Trooper Brandon Bailey.
The southbound lanes on I-59 near the 115 mile marker near Fairfield are currently closed and will be for an undetermined amount of time.
Troopers with ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division continue to monitor the situation and provide updates accordingly.
