Daylight saving time ends at 2 a.m. Sunday, meaning it’s a good idea to set clocks back an hour before going to bed Saturday night.
Setting the clocks back an hour means Saturday essentially amounts to a 25-hour day and an extra hour of sleep Saturday night.
The next daylight saving time begins March 9, 2014, when time will “spring forward” an hour.
