TRUSSVILLE — The Trussville Police Department (TPD) arrested a suspect on multiple drug charges during a traffic stop on Monday, January 31.
According to the TPD, Tyrone Hendrix was arrested during a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Gadsden Hwy. Officers recovered Heroin, Fentanyl, Marijuana, THC, and two firearms.
Trussville Detectives screened the charges on Hendrix through the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office on February 2, 2022, and received the following warrants:
- Unlawful possession of controlled substance $10,000 bond;
- Trafficking heroin $30,000 bond;
- Trafficking fentanyl $30,000 bond;
- Unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd degree $500 bond; and
- Possession of drug paraphernalia $500 bond.
Hendrix was transferred to the Jefferson County Jail, where he was eligible to make bond.
